VEGAN TACOS

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 grilled corn on the cob, husked or canned corn equivalent
- 1 cup or 170 grams cooked black beans
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 3/4 cup or 120 grams quartered cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. Mehdi’s Himalayan chili lime taco seasoning
- any favorite sauce
METHOD:
- Assemble your tacos: Distribute corn, black beans, avocado slices, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped onion and parsley among tortillas.
- Season with Mehdi’s Himalayan chili lime taco season. Drizzle sauce. Serve
